Casa Del Sol is a haven in the middle of Casuarina … wander out to the beach gate to have the sand between your toes within minutes. Parks, playgrounds, the gym and coffee shops are also just steps away. The property boasts two separate living areas, two kitchens and an elaborate almond shaped pool. The top deck provides sublime views out to the ocean, in whale watching season it is the place to be.

This architecturally designed five bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beach home incudes a separate one bedroom apartment and has everything you will need for a family holiday without even leaving the gates. The home is decorated in a relaxed beach vibe, with glass walls opening up and blurring the lines between indoors and outdoor living.

Fifth Bedroom (apartment): 1 x Queen – the apartment is connected to the bedroom level of the main home via a bridge

Kitchen/Living 

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans for your convenience. Large kitchen bench allowing plenty of space to prepare meals or to sit to enjoy breakfast. Pantry cupboard for food storage. Fridge / Freezer / Oven / induction cooktop / Rangehood / Microwave / Dishwasher. There is a second kitchenette in the apartment.  The main kitchen extends out to a stainless steel sink (or ice bucket) & the gas barbeque with a large outdoor dining area.  This home is perfect for relaxed holiday entertaining, with the indoor dining area opening out to the outdoor space providing seating for up to 20. There is also a fire pit adjacent to the outdoor dining area.

The main lounge room includes a large smart TV with an easy-to-use remote and board games in the cupbords

There is a 3rd smart TV in the living area in the apartment as well as an office/ reading nook.

​Grab your essentials with a  walkto the new Hub at Casuarina where you will find  a Coles, a bottle shop   and many other shopping options as well as cafes and restaurants. . 

​With 3 bikes and helmets provided you can cycle up the board walk or take short 6-minute drive north to arrive at Salt where an array of cafes, restaurants, day spas and other shops to fill your holiday shopping needs.  Head south and you will enjoy the growing number of shops, restaurants and bars at Cabarita, as well as one of Australia’s top surfing locations.  

With Kingscliff, golf courses and the airport all 10-20 minutes away by car.  you will have lots of options. However, with beach access only 100m away, you may choose to never leave Casa Del sol.

Security Bond

This property requires a security bond of $500. 

The bond will be provided by processing a pre-authorisation to the physical credit card upon check in. The credit card must be in the name of the person (or company) in whose name the booking was made. 

If you are arriving after hours, the bond may be paid by:

a)      charging a transaction to a debit or credit card in the name of the booking, or

b)     in advance of check-in by depositing cleared funds via EFT to our trust account, not less than five days prior to arrival.

IMPORTANT: Access to your accommodation will not be provided until this process is completed.
