This stunning home is designed to maximize its beach side location. Its entire front opens to welcome in the sun and the surf, and the huge outdoor entertaining area provides the ideal venue to relax and enjoy the elements. As you walk into the home you will be immediately impressed with the high ceilings in the entry lobby and the main living areas that allow natural air flow and lighting. The house is light and airy and completely opens up to the north bringing in the sunshine and hum of the waves.

The home features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms, an office/study, a luxurious media room with leather recliner chairs, an in ground pool, 2 separate kitchens, dining and living rooms, ocean breezes from the top floor, and a large undercover entertainment deck that’s equipped with a stainless steel BBQ and outdoor dining area.

Master Bedroom: King Bed with ensuite. The spacious king size master bedroom and parents retreat has a large walk in wardrobe and day spa ensuite with a freestanding bath. It is pure luxury and tranquility.

Malibu Beach House has 2 separate fully equipped kitchens with top of the range appliances including gas cook top and stove, dishwasher and coffee machine. One kitchen and dining upstairs and another kitchen and dining downstairs makes this the perfect place for 2 x families or a corporate getaway!

The downstairs media room has reclining chairs enough for all guests to sit back and watch your favourite film.

The perfect seaside holiday retreat. Just 15 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport, and a mere 100m from the pristine white beaches of Kingscliff.

Located in the Salt and Casuarina Village, you have picked the perfect place to come for a holiday. You are a short drive from Coolangatta Airport, Byron Bay and many other attractions. 

​If you are staying in the Salt Precinct made sure to check out the Salt Bar and Bistro. There are ample restaurants and cafes including Fins Seafood and La Barrita. Kingscliff is also a short drive over the bridge with even more dining, shopping and drinking choices. 

If you are staying in the Casuarina Village, there is a shopping village with everything you will need for your stay. The Casuarina Coles Centre is also readily on hand for all of your grocery needs. 

Security Bond

This property requires a security bond of $500. 

The bond will be provided by processing a pre-authorisation to the physical credit card upon check in. The credit card must be in the name of the person (or company) in whose name the booking was made. 

If you are arriving after hours, the bond may be paid by:

a)      charging a transaction to a debit or credit card in the name of the booking, or

b)     in advance of check-in by depositing cleared funds via EFT to our trust account, not less than five days prior to arrival.

IMPORTANT: Access to your accommodation will not be provided until this process is completed.
