Property Specific Notes:

• 24 hours lead time is required for the owner before arrival or access.
• Elevator from the basement car park is currently not operational. Please use the stairs to reach the ground level to call the lift. A new elevator is scheduled to be installed in November.

For after-hours arrivals, the bond may be paid by either:
a) charging a debit or credit card in the name of the booking, or
b) depositing cleared funds via EFT to our trust account at least five days before arrival.

IMPORTANT: Access to the property will only be provided once this process is completed.

Drift Apartments enforce a strict NO PARTY POLICY & NO EXTERNAL NOISE POLICY including early quiet hours. Any disturbances are promptly reported by neighbors & body corporate and may result in serious consequences.

To clarify:
No external music or loud noise is permitted, especially anything that can be heard outside the apartment.
Any disturbance may lead to immediate termination of your stay and eviction without refund.
All associated costs or penalties arising from such an event will be your responsibility.
These rules are part of the Terms & Conditions agreed to at the time of booking and are strictly enforced by Drift Apartments.
